  • Our studio is fully equipped. You won’t need to bring anything. Wear comfortable exercise clothes.

  • If you feel hungry, have a light snack before you come.

  • I offer movement sequences to help stretch and strengthen the body.These routines are based on calisthenics, yoga, and body weight exercises. I will teach you how to breathe better and various breathing techniques to calm your nervous system. And I have many suggestions for lifestyle adjustments that will all optimise how you feel during this transitional phase of life. Everyone is different so I listen to how things feel for you and we can explore the wide variety of solutions from the very first class.
